Symptoms

When a user inquires on service orders that have date values in the Actual Finish Date field (alias STRX) in the M17031 (Manage My Service Orders), the system may display the date incorrectly. For example, STRX field in the mobile application may display a date prior to what the desktop applications P48201 or P17714 displays.
