E1 9.1 / P31B94/P31B87 Blend Operation Entry

Error 'Item Branch Record Does Not Exist' is displayed when reversing an inter-winery transfer operation (BOL to Tank, RECTRANS) that has a consumable item in the receiving winery.
Example Closed Operation to be Reverse:
        Operation Header Winery (shipping winery) - W10
        From Vessel - BOL-15-1234
        To Vessel - Tank1,  Winery (receiving winery) - W50
        Consumable - CONS1, Winery W50
            * Item CONS1 has a Branch/Plant record (P41026) in W50 only.

ERROR: Item Branch Record Does Not Exist
CAUSE. . . . . An Item Branch record (F4102) does not exist for this item in the Branch/Plant specified.
RESOLUTION . . Correct the Branch or enter an Item Branch record for this item in Branch Plant Item Information (P41026).
