Symptoms

When creating a sales order by entering only the Ship To and Customer PO fields in the header, then letting the Sold To default in, F4211.CMCO is blank. This prohibits the order from entering Fulfillment Management when using the Automated Fulfillment Management process (R4277701 and R4277703)
