E1: MOBJ: IE Browser Crashes When Printing Media Object Text (Doc ID 2057167.1)

Symptoms

Pressing the print button in media object viewer, receives an ie error "internet explorer has stopped working".  This is only an IE browser issue.


Steps:

  1. Select a media object from any application.
  2. Press Print icon in media object viewer.
  3. Receive "internet explorer has stopped working" error appears.
