Symptoms

If a user accesses a voucher to reverse the voucher created by Match Voucher to Open Receipts (P0411/P4314), if another user attempts to access the same voucher no error is displayed. The user can attempt to select the record without receiving any results. No error messages are displayed alerting the second user to the fact that the first user has reserved the record.

A similar issue was reported and resolved for vouchers created by Standard Voucher Entry.  See Bug 19925347
