When row security type = 4 is set up on a roll to grant certain users access to records within a company or business unit range, if a user attempts to use the Manage My Work Orders Mobile Tablet (M17020) to inquire on his or her assigned work orders, the following error is generated:
The server is unable to process the request
This issue does not occur with non-mobile work orders (i.e. P13700, P48201).
