Tax Method field on the P0801US Application, Form W0801USA

When you select a Tax Method that exempts a tax type; for example Tax Method 3 which will make State exempt, you run an interim and look at the Tax Detail screen, you will notice that State Income Tax will not calculate however the Gross Pay does not show up as excludable in the Excludable Amount field.
So even though taxes are not taken out, gross pay is still recorded under the State Tax and does not show as excess.
