Symptoms
The wage base limit for social security is changed through the processing option. When you select the R073665 and change the rate, it only changes the rate on the first report (you select the R073665, R073666, R073667 & R073668). To change the rate on all reports, you have to select each report for BV (batch version). The option to change all reports should be given from the R073665. Furthermore, there is no limit for Medicare so you may want to eliminate this option from the EE Medicare & ER Medicare report.
