When an employee goes through an Open Enrollment event and a plan or plan option is ended, regardless of whether the employee picks another plan or plan option the SL01 field is not emptied in the Available Plans and Plan Options Work Table (F085520W) after running the Update to Live tables (R085524). This then causes the records to be classified as unprocessed records when the time comes to purge the F085520W causing confusion between whether or not the plans were only ended, and which records were unprocessed because they were truly in error.
