Symptoms

By design; P4101-Work with Item Master does not have the functionality of Approval Workflow. Require a functionality within P4101-Item Master, such that when an Item is created by an User, it has to go through the approval hierarchy, reviewed and approved by the approving authority and then be available for the Users for further transactions.
