Symptoms

JD Edwards : 9.0 version, Configurator & Sales Order Entry

P4210 Sales Order Entry
P3210 Configured item revisions

Configured Items enter through Web Service are using a different Next Number System

When a sales order line with a configured part is entered directly in JDE it uses the Next Number table to determine the ID of the configuration. When a sales order line with a configured part is entered using Web Services the Next Number is determined by using the 'Next' record in F3201.

Expect when using BSSV to have the system retrieve the next number from the next number setup P0002 and not next CFGID number in sequence

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enter a configured sales order using BSSV
2. Once the order is entered check the F3201 for the configured ID
3. It does not default from the next number setup P0002 instead the system populates the CFGID from the previous value in sequence of the last record in the f3201
