E1: 42: P4210 Secondary Quantity not Recalculated if Partial Quantity Canceled (Doc ID 2061794.1)

Last updated on NOVEMBER 05, 2015

Applies to:

JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Sales Order Management - Version 9.1 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

If part of a sales order quantity is canceled automatically because backorders are not allowed and there is not enough availability, the secondary quantity does not get recalculated to be equal to the quantity shipped times the unit of measure conversion factor.  This is affecting the customer's downstream process for dispatch of orders, which are based on the secondary quantity.
