E1:XML XML Dispatch Kernel Dies (zombie) on Invalid Password Attempt or Password Over 40 Characters for XML Interop (Doc ID 2065904.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to execute an XML request that contains an invalid password in the XML document it causes the Callobject kernel to become zombie.
the following error occurs.

Sep 16 14:58:12.110008 - 3628/2128 WRK:XML CallObject Entering addToGlobalList

In Tools 9.2.2.1, it can also cause the same issue if the password length is greater than 40 characters
