E1:XML XML Dispatch Kernel Dies (zombie) on Invalid Password Attempt or Password Over 40 Characters for XML Interop

When attempting to execute an XML request that contains an invalid password in the XML document it causes the Callobject kernel to become zombie.
the following error occurs.

In Tools 220.127.116.11, it can also cause the same issue if the password length is greater than 40 characters
