Last updated on MAY 27, 2020

Applies to:

Information in this document applies to any platform.

Changing the quantity of the original PO line, the price in the price history disappears when the PO is saved.

This issue occurs when the order lines are split.
When changing the quantity of the original line and adding a new line for the remaining quantity, the adjustment in the price history is removed when you save the changes.

  1. Enter a purchase order with 2 items. Save
  2. Inquire on the PO, change the qty on the first line from 500 to 250.
  3. Add a 3rd line for the rest of 250. Save.
  4. Select and check the Price History on the first line - it's blank. No Adjustment or Price information. For the other lines it looks good.

Note: the Unit cost and extended cost on the P4310 lines are correctly displayed. Only the Price History is incorrect.
