Information in this document applies to any platform.
If an employee has been setup for "Multiple Employee Authority" (P20103) and correspondingly has access to enter expenses on behalf of other employees, the employee cannot view the expenses which were entered by himself.
Additionally, if one of the associated employees (for which authority was provided) is set to expire the authority relationship in Address Parent/Child Revisions form, the system still allows the authority manager to enter the expense on employee's behalf.
