Symptoms

When the customer creates a custom search query, everything populates in fine as expected unless it is a specific date range. When doing a search with the created search query, it does not narrow down to a range of dates like it should. The Customer would expect the date range to populate into the header so the search can be narrowed down to the selected dates.
