When a user attempts to sign into the HTML Server, a 500 error is returned to the browser or a blank page displays. This may affect one user, all users, or multiple users. The following messages appear in the e1root log:
In the case of Scenario 1, A DEFAULT OCM mapping for BSFNs to LOCAL has been added for the "J" environment where this issue occurs.
