When processing an Equipment Inventory Issue (P31113) for a CAM Work Order (Type 04) or SWM Work Order (Type 05), the IM Journal Entry written to the General Ledger (F0911) will have the Remark field (F0911.EXR) populated as the F4101 Item Description rather than the Alternative Language Description defined for the item based on the User's language setting in their User Profile (P0092).
