Last updated on AUGUST 08, 2017

Applies to:

JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Procurement and Subcontract Management - Version XE and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

Program: P4310 (Subcontract Entry)

A negative change order can be added to a contract that has been progress payed. The net effect of this change order allows the previous progress payment to "overpay" the line.

Example:

1 Enter a contract for $10k
2.Progress Pay $8K
3.Add a change order for -5K
4.Note that this causes the payment to exceed the amount of the line by 3K.
