On : 9.0/9.1 version, Sales
When running the R42800 with the RTE RTSOOUT active and the processing option set to purge F4211 data to F42119 the events are not written to the RTE tables and the following error shows in the logs.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) P90701A. Setup and activate RTSOOUT event.
2) P4210. Enter a sales order and process it to the point to run R42800.
3) R42800. Set processing options to purge SOE data.
4) Run R42800 with logging active.
