P31113 - Work Order Material Issues
Scenario 1: When adding lines in P31113 Inventory Issues for unplanned raw material issues on work order, the quantity input in column “Issues” (QNTOW) remains in this column even after saving transaction and re-inquire on the same work order.
When adding several unplanned issues records, only the last line does not have the quantity issued shown in column “Issues”, although the WP P.L. and Item Ledger seem to be updated correctly. Once issuing the materials, the quantities in the bucket “Issues” should be erased.
An alternative scenario leading to the same incorrect behavior is described bellow:
Scenario 2: Using P31113 to manually close Planned Issues lines that have been issued already, those closed lines are updated with a negative quantity in the Issues field.
Negative quantity shown in column “Issues” when the line has been actually closed results in an error when users check the total quantity of raw material that they are going to issue before saving what they input in column “Issues”.
