Last updated on DECEMBER 12, 2016

Applies to:

JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Requirements Planning - Version 9.1 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

When processing MPS (R3482) for a parent item (STKT=M, LNTY=W) that is Production Number Controlled and has Past Due Demand (Sales Order), if the Work Order for that item has a Parts List attached (F3111), no messages will be created for any of the items on the Parts List (mixture of Manufactured and Purchased items).

If the Parts List is deleted, MPS creates the expected messages for the lower-level items (as per the BOM).
