Symptoms

R078501/B0702700 (ADP Periodic File)

R078501/B0702700 (ADP Periodic File) creates a single record in the .prl file for two tax areas that do not share an ADP 4-digit Local Code. When processing the Periodic file over Ohio and Kentucky employees only a single F078504 local record is retrieved for the ADP 4-digit local code; so in Ohio even though the 'M' tax type has code 6225 and the 'N' record has code 6863 the taxes for both tax types are being rolled into a single OH6863 record.
