E1: PRINT: Unable to Print from WSJ or Do Print Immediate (Doc ID 2073642.1)

A job submitted from E1 with print immediate option completes processing successfully with done status. However the print (paper output) does not come out from the printer.
The issue is same if we attempt to print from WSJ print option.
The printer is able to print successfully the pdf file created inside the print queue directory, if fired manually outside E1.

There are no error messages logged in the UBE debug log file, pointing to issue with printer.
The print command is reaching the printer, but the printout is not coming out, as shown in the below screen shot.
