In P48013, copy a record that has a media object. F00165 in GDGTFILENM will have the same file name for all the copied records which is correct behavior.
However the problem is when deleting the media object from one of the records, it gets deleted from the server.  Then when you go into one of the other records with that same media object you receive "MediaObject file not found or accessible" and it has been deleted in F00165 for all the records. This is not correct; the delete should only delete the attachment on the one record where it is being deleted not physically from the server.
