E1: GRID: Public/Shared Watchlists Do Not Appear If Users Do Not Have Personal Watchlist Created

Symptoms

Oneview Watchlists are not visible to users if they do not have any personal watchlists created. However, if users create personal watchlist then they can see the shared or public watchlist after clicking the flag icon .
It is also observed that there is considerable delay before the watchlist icon appears on the JD Edwards screen. This issue is observed in multiple browsers such as Internet Explorer , Chrome and Firefox.

If users refresh the web page by pressing F5 or browser refresh button, the issue does not occur anymore and public watchlists start appearing successfully.
