When going thought Current Enrollment Employee Self Service Event and running Update Benefits Information To Live Tables (R085524) there is no error given when an employee de-selects one plan and chooses another plan
that causes an enrollment date overlap when the category rule is set to "O" may select one.
This is specific to entering a User Defined Date Code for the employee and when payroll is run for a date later than the UDC date.
