Last updated on NOVEMBER 03, 2020

Applies to:

JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Warehouse Management - Version 9.1 to 9.2 [Release 9.1 to 9.2]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

When processing transfer orders through the advanced warehouse, if a stock line is picked confirmed from multiple locations, the system creates a new OT order line but leaves original line open with a qty of 1, so there is more qty more on the related PO transfer order than required.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Enter ST/OT
  2. The ST will generate a pick request. Process it by R46171 and make sure the system will pick from multiple locations.
  3. P4617 - confirm the pick suggestions. Check ST - the original line is closed and a new line is added for the initial qty of 18 EA with 913 as last status.
  4. Check the related OT - the first line is not closed, and has a qty of 8, while a new line is also added for the original qty of 18 EA.
  5. Check also the Item availability, the incorrect qty appears On Receipt.
