E1: OVR: Oneview Menu is Missing OR Unable to View One View Reports under Oneview Menu in 9.2

Oneview menu or icon is missing in all applications in 9.2 even after Oneview Feature is enabled.
Unable to view one view reports under one view icon since 9.2 application release upgrade. But was able to create new one view reports.
