Shipment records not correct after sales order line splits during pick

The P4617 is not closing the related line on the OT when the ST line is cancelled during pick confirmation where the last status is 983. The 983 status is splitting the line and creating line 1.001 with last status 913 and the correct qty. The OT update is creating the split line 1.001 however the original line (1.00) remains open with a qty of 1.
