With the User Defined Object(UDO) enhancement included in 9.2, OVR is one of the components classified as a UDO . There are a few differences in configuring OVR for E9.2 compared to earlier releases such as 9.1 or 9.0. Applications covered under Menu GH9115 such as  P952400, P952402, P958973, P958974, etc are no longer used to configure OVR in this release.

This knowledge document contains high level overview on configuring One View Reports(OVR) in a fresh EnterpriseOne 9.2 install. Information provided is not meant as a substitute for JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Tools One View Administration Guide, but as an aid for better understanding of the processes and tools available to configure OVR.


This document is intended for the JDE CNC administrators who will be configuring OVR in EnterpriseOne 9.2. The information included in this document is meant for administrators who have a basic high level understanding of the OVR configuration. This document provides the configuration steps required from E1 side to setup OVR.

It is assumed that a supported BI publisher component is installed and it is already up and running. For the BI Publisher related configurations, make sure to follow sections 2.1 to 2.4 in JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Tools One View Administration Guide.
