Symptoms

After upgrading the tools release on the Deployment Server to E910|9.2.0.x or E900|9.2.0.x (from tools release 8.98.x.x or 9.1.x.x), when trying to login to JDE application a database password entry pop up window appears as below screenshot.

This issue can also be seen on a web development client/workstation that had it's tools release upgraded.

The following errors are captured in the jde.log
