Form 1095-C Offer and Coverage Workfile Build (R08119) issues found:
Issue 1: When there are multiple Offer and Coverage Setup (F08117) records for the same Plan/Option, DBA/Union Code or Employee with overlapping dates, with some records defined as *ALL, while others defined by the specific line number (14, 15, 16), the system was incorrectly
populating the F08119 Detail record's Line 14, 15 and 16 values using the last F08117 processed rather than using the value from F08117 defined for a specific line, which takes precedence over a *ALL line.
Issue 2: When an employee works in multiple Tax IDs for a given Reporting Year, thereby resulting in an F08119 Summary record being created for each Tax ID, the system is incorrectly assigning the Line 14, 15 and 16 values on the F08119 Summary records.
Issue 3: Logic to set an F08119 Summary Record's Line 16 equal to "2C" is missing criteria, which results in Line 16 not being set to "2C".
Issue 4: Possible data integrity issue when only selecting a subset of the home companies for a given Tax ID, when using data selection on the R08119 version, which will cause incomplete and possibly skewed results in the F08119.
Issue 5: System incorrectly defaulting Line 14 to "1H" rather than leaving the value blank when none of the F08117 setup data or specific criteria for assigning Line 14 equal to "1H" is satisfied, which makes it difficult to identify when the Line 14 value of "1H" is incorrect and
requires review of the setup data in F08117.
