E1: 32: Cannot Edit Efectivity Dates on Configured AIRs / CSERs (Doc ID 2083573.1)

Last updated on DECEMBER 10, 2015

Applies to:

JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Configurator - Version 8.11 SP1 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

System does not allow editing the "IF" condition of an existing CSER to modify the Effective Thru date to a future date, as both Effective From & Effective Thru fields are either blank or populated with existing dates, but grayed out.
Other " THEN = * " conditions of the same CSER have the Effective From and Effective Thru fields editable and the users are able to update the Effective Thru date to e.g. end of December 2025.
