E1: 54HS: Report an Incident Mobile Freezes When Attaching a Photo

Issue applies to Report an Incident Mobile Smartphone M54HS31 and Tablet M54HS32.
When adding an incident and clicking on Click Save and Add Photo, attaching a photo and clicking Save the incident closes and the application freezes. The new incident does not display and the Add button no longer works. the User must log off the application and relaunch.
