E1: XML XML Transaction Kernel Fails If a DD Item Contains a Special Character (e.g. "/") (Doc ID 2086237.1)

Last updated on MAY 30, 2017

Applies to:

JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Tools - Version 9.1 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

You are using XML trans kernel to retrieve Z table data. All the Transaction Types are working fine except F3111z1.   We found out that if the request has "responseFormat=UT", then XML Trans Kernel hangs. If you don't use the parameter, then it works. GSC duplicated
the issue. "responseFormat=UT" works for all the other E1 tables work.
