E1: 40G: R40G0560 Does not Attach New Harvest to the Contract/Block (Doc ID 2086298.1)

Symptoms

E1 9.1 / R40G0560 Harvest Roll
             P43C11 Contract Detail

After changing the Farm Code (FARMCODE) on a Block and attaching the Block to a newly created Contract then running the R40G0560 Harvest Roll :
1. The R40G0560 does update the Block with the new harvest(s) BUT:
     a.  Not all harvests are created per the Max Number of Harvests processing option on the called version of P40G03.
     b.  The new harvest(s) is not updated with the Farm Code.
     c.  The 'old' Contract Code is displayed on the P40G03 (Block/Harvest) Contract tab.  However, the new harvest(s) does NOT appear in the F43C11 old contract code.

2. The R40G0560 does NOT update the "new" contract with the new harvest(s) in either the P43C11 or the F43C11.

3. Then, when attempting to add the new harvest(s) to the new Contract, error 43C0060 "Harvest Resides on Contract xxxxx (the old contract id)" and the harvest cannot be added.
