Symptoms

On : 9.1 version, Equipment and Plant Maintenance

When creating a work order P13700 and entering lead craft and estimated hours the labor instruction is created at a OPSQ Operation Sequence of 10.0 not at 1.0 as expected


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Set P13714 PO # 8 = 1
Create a WO P13700 P48022 to call P13714
Enter Est. Hours and Lead Craft to generate Labor
Save and Continue
Review Labor Tab P13732
Notice the OPSQ Operation Sequence is 10.0
If and new WO was created and a labor line for the same work center /Lead Craft was entered the OPSQ Operation Sequence would default 1.0
