E1: 05: Speed Coding In Time Entry Cannot Resolve 8 Digit Work Order Numbers (Doc ID 2089424.1)

When doing Speed Time Entry for any type of work order that exists in the
F4801 Work Order File, in the case a Service Work Order, if the Work Order is
8 digits long the Speed Coding Functionality / P051121 Work with Time Entry
by Individual Throws error "Work Order Number Invalid" (0115). If Speed
Entry is done using a 7 digit WO the error does not occur
