E1: 08ES: Update Benefits Information To Live Tables (R085524) Ends Plans Based On Dates In P08500 Rather Than User Defined Date-11 (ED11) When Using ED11 Eligibility Table (Doc ID 2090386.1)

When an employee switches from one plan to another that uses an eligibility table based on the ED11 date in the Employee Master, the R085524 is ending the plan based on the dates defined in P08500 instead of the day prior to meeting eligibility which would be the day before the defined ED11 date.   This results in a break in coverage if the ED11 date falls after the dates defined in P08500.

Note:  The plans start date is correct on the R085524, which is the date defined for ED11. It is only ending the original plan incorrectly.
