Symptoms

After installing Server Manager Console 9.2.0.1 on WebLogic and registering a new Server Manager Agent, the button "Create New Managed Instance" for the agent does not work because it is disabled. The HTML source code of the page where the button is rendered reveals that the button is in fact disabled:
