Symptoms
In P43081 the user can select the PO and take Row Exit - PO Entry. There are two options to select after this: PO Entry Detail and PO Entry Header. If PO Entry Detail is selected, and a new line is added to the PO, the change order field (SFXO) is updated with '001' to reflect a change order. The problem is that this is not a change order, but a new line.
