E1 Release: 9.1
Program ID: R49T10 / R49T80
Platform/Server/Environment: OTM 6.1
Tools Release: 9.1

The XML file name created by some of the E1-OTM reports R49T10/R49T70/R49T80 are not following the Linux standards and cause problems.
For example running the data extract for Freight requests (R49T10) or Carriers (R49T80) creates file names in the following format
LOCMU20111111131243-1%l.xml.xml or SOFR20150730161104-1%l.xml.xml.
The first part is hard coded constant for the given interface (e.g. Freight Request) followed by the date and time stamp.
However it also includes a meta character "%" as well as xml file extension is included twice.

The issue is that the names break Linux/UNIX file naming convention. It means that it is not possible to directly use the file name in a Linux
command without having to either encapsulate the complete name between quotes or use escape symbols i.e. \ to deactivate the impact of the meta character '%'.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Set up OTM integration
2) Run R49T10
3) Examine file name of XML output
