MRP should not suggest to cancel the order message rather should leave the processed order and unprocessed orders as is.

2) When 3 order messages are created by setting split supply source percentage setup in B/P relationship Program (P34003) is processed and the order quantity is increased and MRP is rerun, MRP suggests to cancel the unprocessed orders and increase the processed message quantities.
