In Tools Release 9.1.5.x, when using Google Chrome Browser and after launching the Work with Supply and Demand application (P4021), resize the browser window. Enter an Item number in the Item Number field and click the Find button. The item number entered is erased and an error "Item Number Invalid" is shown. Issue occurs if user Resize the browser window.
This issue does not occur on other browsers like Internet Explorer nor on an older tools release like 184.108.40.206. The chrome browser zoom is set to 100%.
Steps to duplicate:
- Login to web client
- Enter G41112 in fast path
- Right click on Menu Item "Inventory Inquiries -> Supply and Demand" and choose "Open in New Window" from the context menu.
- Resize the window.
- Enter a item number e.g. 230 in the Item Number field on the form.
- Click Find.
- The system erased the item number entered earlier and a hard error "Item Number Invalid" is displayed.
