Symptoms

E1 9.1 / P40G30 Grower Operations
            R31B802 Blend/Grower Accounting

On the first grower (or blend) operation the lot costs are both Debited and Credited to the same AAI account - WIP 3152.
In subsequent operations, the 'net increase' of the new operation is Credited to the 3158 AAI.
In the end (not including op that creates ERP inventory) the costs of the first operation get "lost" in the accounting process.

For example: Total lot costs on the last Farm operation is $1,610

Following is the current journal entries for each operation
AAI            3152            3158
Op 1     +       50
Op 1      -       50
Op2      +     850           - 800
Op2       -       50
Op3      +  1,610           - 760
Op3      -      850
           +   1,560        - 1,560
It is expected that the Total in both accounts be the Total Lot Cost of Op 3 - $1,610.
The costs on the first operation ($50) seem to get `lost' in the accounting process.

The following makes more sense:
                  3152         3158
Op 1   +         50       -     50
Op2   +        850       -   800
Op2    -          50
Op3   +     1,610       -   760
Op3    -        850
+     1,610      - 1,610    This is the total Lot Cost on the final Farm operation
