Symptoms
When upgrading from a previous application or Tools Release to 9.2x, after running the required Table Conversions, none of or only some of the grid formats are brought forward. The R89952440 Table Conversion UBE is run to convert the existing Grid Formats from the F98950 table to the F952440 table.
The R89952440.log will report that the table conversion completed successfully, but there will be no records in the F952440 table. The following can be seen in the jde.log and jdedebug.log:
