E1: 07: Pay Stub Incorrectly Reflects Vacation Taken/Available From F06145 (Doc ID 2100840.1)

Last updated on FEBRUARY 06, 2019

Applies to:

JD Edwards EnterpriseOne US Payroll - Version 9.1 to 9.1 [Release 9.1]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

P07210/R07200 (Pre-Payroll) / P07352 (Employee Pay Stub Detail)

Pay Stub Inquiry for current payrolls incorrectly displays vacation balances on employee paystubs when viewed through the Payroll Workbench. The Hours Available show properly in P070931 (Work With Benefits/Accruals) based on the F06146 history, but the current payroll does not take the F06146 Beginning Balance (BHBB) into consideration. This issue occurred because the F06145 Beginning Balance (BHBB) was not populated due to user error, but the pay stub should properly retrieve vacation accrual Available details from the F06146 table instead of the F06145 table even when the Accrual DBA is setup with Limit Method 'blank'.
