In a HTTPS environment, when adding a URL type attachment (ex www.oracle.com), the URL does not display in Chrome browser.
- Adding a valid https URL(e.g. https://people.us.oracle.com) works fine.
- Same URL displays fine in Firefox and Internet Explorer, but returns access denied/ permission error in console. Chrome browser displays a “Blocked” message in the console and blocks the URL.
