Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

Post for domestic receipt for foreign invoices fails with out of balance error when domestic amount of invoice is very small and foreign amount is zero. The post shows out of balance error despite the fact that the AA and CA ledgers are in balance.

Another issue symptom can occur when attempting to distribute an unapplied cash (RU) transaction that was posted in a previous period and the the distribution batch encounters a PBCO Error and an Intercompany "Out of Balance" error. Again the post shows out of balance error despite the fact that the AA and CA ledgers are in balance.
